I cannot say enough good things about this company and my experience. Jerry and Richard were prompt (they had to reschedule my time slot but called me to let me know and then worked to accommodate my schedule); they were courteous, friendly and professional. The work I needed done was assessed then explained to me in detail and the price quoted. Jerry took the time to explain my options with the faucet installation that I didn’t even know I had… and he wasn’t the least bit upset when I changed my mind. The work was performed in a timely manner; the work area was tidied up and all trash removed - I believe the sink base and kitchen floor were cleaner when they left than when they started! One of the things I appreciate most is the placement of the plumbing under the sink. Jerry took the time to install everything so that I have the most space possible for storage. It’s the attention to details like this that places this company on the “A+” list.

Jerry gave me my options for replacement of the water heater as it had sediment build up causing the water heater to be less efficient. After getting my options and his recommendation I went with a conventional water heater. The entire job was done in a very professional manner. He arrived at the appointed time with his apprentice. The apprentice even had solid experience. Both worked well as a team and provided honest estimates for the pipe replacement and repair. Costs were reasonable for the work and extent of the repairs on the pipework. I even received a 10% discount for being a veteran. I was very impressed and will use them again in the future.

A+ Castle Plumbing came when they said they would, they discussed everything on the list of repairs that we wanted done and they told us exactly how much it would cost. As far as we know their work was superb. They were wonderful. They were clean and tidy and Jerry informed his helper of what to do and what not to do. He was very professional speaking with us and in dealing with his coworker.
